Regal Naseef, M.S.
Owner / Consultant
Regal Naseef has raised over $20 million and climbing for nonprofit community-benefit organizations in support of their missions as a fundraising consultant with decades of experience and owner of Regal Resource Development. She was the first in the state of Maine to elevate the profession by receiving a Grant Professional Certification (GPC) and was selected as one of 20 Outstanding Women in Maine (2019) for her body of work. She raised record levels of grant funding for hospitals, homeless shelters, educational programs (e.g., to prevent adverse childhood experiences), youth development, performing arts, the blind and visually impaired, refugee/immigrant groups, an iconic lighthouse, and much more. Her passion is helping underrepresented or marginalized populations as well as small businesses. In 2022, she became a national consultant with Certainty Management as well as a Chair of the American Club Association (ACA) Cares supporting nonprofit members on a global scale. In 2023, she won a prestigious Anthem Award for excellence in fundraising along with the likes of Jane Goodall, Ashley Judd, and Michelle Obama. She is currently the Director of Grants/Development for Community Clinical Services in Lewiston, Maine. At home, she acted as host mother to students from the war in Kosovo, Turkey, Germany, and Ukraine along with being a mother to two sons and is now loving being a grandmother.

Katherine Morgan
Sub-contract Prospect Researcher
Katherine graduated with a master’s degree in library science from Southern Connecticut State University. She worked at Norway Memorial Library in Maine where she applied for grants for programs and staff development. Several grants were awarded from the National Endowment of the Humanities and other sources.
Audrey Gup-Mathews
Sub-contract grant writer
Over the past 20 years, Audrey Gup-Mathews has helped a number of nonprofit organizations in Maine secure grants for a wide range of projects, from education programs to historic house renovations; 3D printers to grand pianos; and visual arts series to business lecture series. She has obtained funding from foundations and organizations such as the National Endowment for the Humanities, the Libra Foundation, Maine Arts Commission, the Gene Haas Foundation, Margaret E. Burnham Charitable Trust, the Onion Foundation, the Tramuto Foundation, and many others.

Dea Saraqini
Sub-contract grant writer
Dea Saraqini Shtanaj has a degree in psychology from the University of Southern Maine and has experience as a research assistant in a lab. Along with her mentor and other collaborators she has published a scientific paper titled “The effects of empathy on search efforts for missing persons” in the Journal of Applied Cognitive Psychology. Dea has very good research and writing skills which have been put to great use in her grant work. She has worked with immigrant, environmental, and outdoor organizations supporting them through the grant writing process. She works remotely and her goal is to enroll in graduate school in Germany and continue working in academia and research. Dea has a great passion for science and wants to make a change in the world through her work in the psychology research field.Contact Information
